April 1- 6:00 PM

A male City College student parked his bicycle in the bike rack next to the Learning Resource Center at 4:40 p.m. When he returned at 5:50 p.m. he noticed that his bicycle was missing. The bike was not secured with a lock. It was a black and white Schwinn hybrid bicycle. Security told the victim to fill out a police report online with the Santa Barbara Police Department.
