A slightly overcast day marked the beginning of City College’s Halloween water polo tournament. At 1 p.m. on Oct. 27, the Vaqueros women’s water polo team continued their undefeated winning streak, playing first the West Valley Vikings and then the Cabrillo Seahawks at Dos Pueblos High School in Goleta, Calif.
