At 11:10 a.m. security saw a male student park in Lot 4D in a disabled person’s parking spot with a medical pass. The security officer checked the information on the placard hanging in the mirror and saw that it is under a woman’s name. They also checked the school parking permit on the car to find out the student’s information. The car was booted and the student was contacted. Security asked him for his license and registration for the placard. According to the report, he said that he didn’t have the registration for the placard and that it was at home. When asked again, he said it was his grandmother’s and that she told him to use it. The student told security he has been parking on campus with the placard for seven weeks so he can leave campus quickly. Security told him that it was illegal and according to the report.

He responded by saying, “So that’s all? So I can be charged with a crime?” He then got in the car and drove away.

At 5:45 p.m. security got a report of a stolen skateboard on the second floor of the library. A male student left it alone at 4:30 p.m. and returned 15 minutes later and it was gone. It has a blue deck, Independent trucks, black Powell wheels and Black Panther bearings.
