Football team falls in final minute

The Vaquero football team lost 42-40 at West L.A. on Saturday, after nearly tying the game in the last minute.

Cale Carson threw for over 200 yards and scored two touchdowns in his collegiate debut, putting together an impressive second half to rally the Vaqs back into the game.

The Vaqs failed to score a last minute two-point conversion, which would’ve tied the game, but instead they lost their third game in a row.

The Vaqs will try and end the losing streak when they head to L.A. Valley on Nov. 7.
