Incident Report – Dreadlocked men harass woman in parking lot

Feb. 9

At 1 p.m. in parking lot 2-C, a female student was harassed by two dreadlocked males trying to get in her car. As described by the report, both males “exhibited strange behavior and their bodies were twitching,” which led the student to believe the men were on drugs. A passing female driver noticed the situation, and began honking her horn loudly, causing the men to run away.

Feb. 10

A bicycle estimated to be $4,000 in value was stolen from the bike rack between 1 and 2 p.m. between the Interdisciplinary Center and Learning Resources Center on West Campus.

Feb. 11

Campus Security issued citations to two different vehicles displaying false spring parking permits. The parking permits were photocopies, colored with green highlighters and scotch-taped to the insides of the windshields.

Feb. 12

A red and black mountain bike was stolen from the bike rack located at the Cliff Drive and Rancheria Street intersection between 11 a.m. and 12:45 p.m.
