The Noisettes new album, “Wild Young Hearts”, is an iPod must-have.
Released on Sept. 22 by Mercury records, this LP mixes a poppy Amy Winehouse-vibe with old-school jazz and blues. It’s rare to find an album where nearly every song is fantastic, but that is just what this London trio has accomplished.
One of the best songs on the album is perhaps “Never Forget You.” It’s the perfect companion to any dance party or make-out session. Shingai Shoniwa’s vocals evoke memories of Diana Ross and Kate Bush.
With simple lyrics and addictive melodies, these songs will have your head humming all night long.
