Students prepared to graduate or transfer at the end of this semester but wishing to avoid a delay in receiving a degree or certificate must file with priority status as of Tuesday, Feb. 17.
The window for priority status will continue until March 26. After that time, students may risk a delay in the awards process.
If a student wishes to ensure that at least their name will make it into the ’09 commencement brochure, then they have until April 10.
Students currently enrolled but who will finish by the end of this semester may apply as well, but are encouraged by the Counseling Office to do so early.
Students may file for a degree or certificate at the Academic Counseling Center, located in the Student Services building. Or they may go to www.sbcc.edu/counselingcenter for instructions and an application.
