The mural celebrating Asian American and Pacific Islander culture gleams in the sunshine outside of City Colleges Campus Center in Santa Barbara, Calif. The mural was a collaboration between the AAPI+ community on City College campus, and the Twin Walls Mural Company based in Californias Bay Area.

The ‘Bad to the Bone’ bar-b-que trailer that is on West Campus will be used as an additional substituted for food once the Campus Center is demolished at the end of the spring semester, Thursday, Oct. 20, City College West Campus. The college purchased two food trucks and a bar-b-que trailer that will be placed in different areas on campus.

The ceiling in the Culinary Arts Department’s storeroom is collapsing because of water damage in City College’s Campus Center on March 14. City College has received $20 million from the state to reconstruct the Campus Center, since the building’s considered unsafe.
