Alison Malmon, founder and executive director of Active Minds Inc., speaks to a large audience about mental health in young people on Tuesday, March 22, in the Garvin Theatre at City College. Malmon founded Active Minds after her brother passed away from suicide and she found that there were no support groups for individuals with mental health issues on her college campus.
