City College women’s basketball team is having a “Surf Swap Meet” this Saturday, from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at the Lower Lever Parking Lots on Loma Alta Drive across from Leadbetter Beach.
“We are hoping we can make money for better gear, equipment and tournament expenses such as hotels and food,” said assistant coach Carrie Miller.
Vendors of the fundraiser will buy, sell or trade surfboards, wetsuits and other water sports gear.
All proceeds from vendor space rental fees will go torwards the City College women’s basketball team.

Admission and parking for the fundraiser is free.
