The Transfer Academy is organizing a free campus trip to UCSB from 8:45 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. Friday to give students interested in attending USCB a chance to familiarize themselves with the campus and learn more about the school.
“The assumption is that students know UCSB because they live here,” said Francisco Dorame, Transfer Achievement Program coordinator. “We try to provide them with a good evaluation of the campus.”
The trip will include lectures on financial aid, a student panel, and lunch. Students can sign up in the Transfer Center of the Student Services building until 2 p.m. Thursday.
