Clips from competing entries of the second annual International Student Film Festival will be screened Saturday at City College.
The clips will also appear on the festival’s website at www.StudentFilmFestival.org. An award ceremony will recompense outstanding work in animation, comedy, documentary, drama and sports, selected out of 190 submissions.
The festival offers a platform for middle to high school students to display their work, both locally and worldwide.
Past winners, including Chad Arnett and Joe Dietsch from Santa Barbara High School are represented, along with documentaries and shorts from around the world. New and original submissions hail from Bosnia, St. Lucia, Uruguay and Australia.
The International Student Film Festival takes place from 3 – 5 p.m. Saturday at the FéBland Forum. Call 566-0198 for information.
