Floetry continues to break new ground with their new album, “Flo’Ology.” The album stays true to it’s neo soul category by attracting and combining the spoken word generation with R&B. Released November 8th, the CD could not come out at a better time. The melodic base lines, as well as the relaxing, jazzy sound will prepare anyone for a long holiday drive or an overdue unwinding after a long day. Floetry’s first album, “Floetic,” was released in 2002, and “Flo’Ology” is reminiscent of it, with songs like “use your imagination” and their new single “Supastar,” featuring popular conscious rapper Common. “Flo’Ology” is a sequel that anxious fans have been waiting for. So sit back and relax, while Floetry’s melodic melodies live up to their name by teasing and pleasing your imagination and intellect.
