April 4–During a special meeting Thursday, the Board of Trustees voted on who will replace Romo in the fall.
Announcing its decision, however, has been put on hold until contract negotiations with the finalist are completed.
Trustee President Desmond O’Neill said that the board will announce the finalist during another special meeting that he hopes will take place before the board’s next official meeting.
