Lady Vaqueros fired past the Moorpark Raiders Friday afternoon for a 2-0 win.
Midfielder Elizabeth Rao scored the game’s first goal assisted by forward Morgan Camy in the 10th minute of play.
Elise Tribble sealed the victory with a header within the final two minutes of play.
“Overall, the girls played well against some rough weather conditions,” said Head Coach John Sisterson, in response to strong winds.

The Lady Vaqs’ now rank second in their conference, and 16th in the state. City College is still on track to the California Community College Soccer Conference in December.
