Fresno City halted the Vaqueros women’s soccer team’s six-game win streak on Saturday as they defeated the visitors 3-0.
The Rams took the command early, and had 2-0 lead in halftime.

Head coach John Sisterson said that after a long journey it was hard to make things go the way City College hoped for.
Although they controlled the possession most of the time, the Vaqueros fell behind to early to mount any kind of comeback.
Fresno City’s victory launches them to the No. 1 ranking in the state, as they handed City College’s first defeat of the season.
The lady Vaqs’ play its next game at Moorpark on Tuesday Oct. 12 at 2 p.m.
