Thousands of people gather at Alameda Park for No Kings protest

On Oct. 18, thousands of people attended the No Kings protest in Alameda Park. There were speakers at the protest which included U.S. Rep. Salud Carbajal and Primitiva Hernandez, the executive director for the 805 Undocufund. Signs filled the park, chants erupted and protestors began marching up Anacapa Street and eventually marched on State Street.
