The social networking site MySpace, which in the last few years has fallen by the wayside to its rival Facebook, has altered its features to fit the demands of the generation.

MySpace has a new logo and the site’s designers are working on new features. A welcome page displays entertainment content to individual users about new movies, CD’s and more, based on their interests.

MySpace is also working with Apple to have an iPhone app for on-the-go users.

Many new tabs have been added to the site like a “content” and “stuff ” tab. Along with this, MySpace has added an instant messaging feature.

As a former MySpace user and now a current Facebook user, I think these changes really might interest a lot of people and channel them toward reopening a MySpace account.

MySpace had too many annoying features and spam before, and that’s why they have lost many users. I think the site has really improved and is now more enjoyable.
